The early years are vitally important in the life of every boy and girl. They are learning academically, growing physically and spiritually, and exploring socially. Many of the personal characteristics they develop during these years will carry through the rest of their lives.
Our Children's Ministry plans programs, activities and events that are designed to encourage boys and girls to build a solid spiritual foundation for their lives. Three main things that drive our ministries are: Love God, Love Others, and Impact the World for Christ— through Bible study, worship, fellowship, fun, laughter, food, friends, music, missions, discipleship and more!
We want them to know that God loves them, that He has an exciting plan for their lives, and that He wants to know each of them through a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord! That’s why Grace it is great to be a GraceKid at Grace!
AWANA meets on Wednesday nights (6:30 - 8:00 p.m.) during the school year from September to April.
The acrostic AWANA comes from the first letters of "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed" (II Timothy 2:15). Awana Clubs International is an excellent Bible based program which is active all over the United States and in many foreign countries.
The heart of AWANA is the Gospel message. AWANA strongly emphasizes memorizing and understanding Scripture while offering games and a variety of Bible-related activities. The values and verses learned in AWANA help participants live Christ-honoring lives even at a young age. AWANA is a part of the Children's Ministry of Grace Bible Church.

Sunday School of Discipleship
Our ministry to children aims at "partnering with parents (as the primary faith-influencers) to lead children to follow the Lord Jesus Christ." We have Sunday School of Discipleship care and classes from newborn through 6th grade at 9:15 a.m. on Sundays. Our teachers present a Bible-based, Christ-centered, and God-exalting curriculum in an age appropriate, engaging manner.

| Nursery Ministry
Our youngest Gracekids are cared for in a safe and happy place where they are loved by caring workers. We have a sleep/nursing room and play/learning area. Nurseries are provided during all regular meetings at Grace for infants through age 2.
